Pay $149 by card or PayPal. Within 24 hours of payment and your domain settings being done, the new site is live at your own web address.

The fine print
Plain terms, no surprises
Don’t love it? Don’t pay.
You see the actual site first and pay nothing until you’re happy with the final version. If it isn’t live within 24 hours after you’ve paid and the domain settings are in, you get a full refund.
After the first year
Hosting is included for 12 months. After that, choose: $5/month and I keep it running and make small text changes, or I hand you the files for free and you host them anywhere. You’re never locked in.
Not included
- Extra pages ($49 each if you want one)
- Online booking, ordering, payments or a shop
- A blog, logo design or new photography
- Ongoing SEO, ads or ranking promises
- Setting up or moving your email
- Buying or renewing your domain
Is this a scam?
Fair question to ask about any email from a stranger. You pay nothing until you’ve seen the actual site and you’re happy with it. I never ask for your passwords. Payment goes through Stripe or PayPal, which have their own buyer protections. My mailing address is 1311 Park St, Unit #706, Alameda, CA 94501.
What about hosting and my domain?
You keep your domain right where it is and keep renewing it as you do now. Hosting is included for the first year. After that it’s $5/month if you want me to keep it running and make small changes, or I give you the files for free.
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell me who your domain is with (GoDaddy, Squarespace, Network Solutions and so on). I’ll send you two settings to copy and paste, which takes about 5 minutes. Or add me as a user on that account and I’ll do it. You never have to give me your password.
Will this mess up my email?
No. I only change the two settings that point your website address to the new site. Your email settings stay exactly as they are.
What do I need to send you?
Nothing, unless you want changes. The preview already uses your public info. If something is out of date, like your hours or services, just tell me.
Can I make changes?
Yes. One round of edits is included, before or after launch: wording, colors, services, hours. Small changes after that are $25 a batch.
What happens to the preview if I say no?
I take it down. It’s only there so you can see it.
